“A total Lockdown Without Essential Services Will Be Counter Productive”- Tonye Ibiama

The CEO Of Grafton Records, Chief Tonye Ibiama Via his Facebook timeline this evening called on the state and Federal governments to review their decision of a total lockdown without proper provision for essential services.

Stating that it will be counter productive, as it will affect the average Nigerian more than the corona virus, the CEO thinks certain measures should be put in place for the average Nigerian to be able to access services they may need during the lockdown.
